This blend uses predominately Nicaraguan Maragogype mixed with Indonesian Java beans grown at the highest altitude and roasted to a medium level. The end result is a full bodied coffee with a tangy flavour, rich yet mild with a clean fruity after-taste. This is an excellent evening coffee.
