Coffee is a delicate and precious commodity and we believe the only way to get the best out of each bean is to take complete control of the whole roasting process. That is why we adopt a fanatical approach to detail.
We only select the finest Estate grown coffees. We continually cup each origin to ensure the coffee displays the balance of acidity, body and flavours we seek. The roast is profiled to reflect the physical characteristics of the individual beans and to ensure we can consistently replicate each roast. Every roast is analysed by a spectrometer to guarantee the final product falls within our stringent guidelines and a log describing the ambient conditions and roast temperatures is recorded. The beans are degassed, packed, sealed and dated making them a perfect accompaniment for our (office) coffee machines.
Our philosophy and passionate approach results in a complete cup capturing the complexities and nuances of the underlying coffee beans. As the green coffee beans mature and the characteristics slowly change, we reconfigure the coffees to maintain the signature flavour of our blends. We have access to dozens of origins and are able to fine tune any of our blends to suit your individual requirements.
